At American Giant, we stand by the quality of our American-made apparel and offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Select Items
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve our craftsmanship.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid USPS shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer, and attach the label to the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
